In this project, I conducted an analysis into Kering’s Fall 2025 market position, investigating the strategic factors behind their notable stock decline and downfall of consumer interest. By benchmarking Kering’s performance against the resilience of Hermès and the high-growth trajectory of Prada, I explored how branding and pricing strategies can potentially protect a brand from market volatility. This study allowed me to examine how a refined pricing architecture and a clear brand ethos are essential for sustaining desirability when consumer confidence wavers.
