For my analysis of the Sandy Liang x Baggu collaboration, I explored how two distinct brand identities can achieve a powerful synergy that creates genuine market interest. This project allowed me to deconstruct the successful targeting of overlapping brand subcultures and how two unexpectedly complementary brands can drive unprecedented demand.
