EXPANDING MELISSA’S U.S. FOOTPRINT

During my time as a student at Istituto Marangoni Miami, I created strategic market penetration project for Melissa focused on accelerating brand growth and visibility within the United States. To achieve a high-impact entry, my team proposed a synergistic partnership with Sprayground, leveraging their bold, streetwear-driven influence to capture a highly engaged and trend-conscious audience. This strategy was further amplified by my proposed targeted collaboration with leading fashion and streetwear creator Wisdom Kaye, ensuring the brand resonated authentically within the digital-first fashion community. To solidify Melissa’s luxury streetwear positioning, I identified key high-traffic physical locations and proposed expanding nationwide visibility through prestigious wholesale partners like Kith, ensuring the brand reached a strategic, impactful demographic while maintaining a premium market presence.

Throughout the presentation, I leveraged artificial intelligence in conjunction with my design skills to create high-impact imagery that visualized the collaboration's potential. This approach allowed me to translate abstract concepts into on-brand visuals, demonstrating exactly how these partnerships would manifest across various consumer touchpoints.
